Artist’s Impressions

Estate agents, architects, developers and garden designers enjoy working with Lynda as she has the creative ability and imaginative flair to produce paintings that accurately portray the look and feel of a new house, building, development or garden, working from just architects’ and designers’ plans.

Her artist impressions are used by estate agents for advertising and selling properties, and by architects and developers submitting planning applications or presenting to clients.

Working from initial sketches done on site along with architects' and designers' plans, and in consultation with the clients to ensure that brickwork and materials are accurately portrayed, Lynda produces a drawing which is approved by the client before the final work is done. The final painting is completed by Lynda in her studio.
